Has anyone else experienced slow interweb lately? Like for the last couple weeks? I've reset my shit numerous times now.
It's happening at the bars too, they have been complaining about the slow pos transactions.

Verizon has been terrible but not too much worse than usual

 

If you have Comcast or Verizon or others, you may have been rate limited after using too much data.

 

I do not have comcast or verizon for internet. I use a internet dongle thing that works anywhere there is cell reception. It runs thru AT&T.

 

Have you checked your contract with AT&T? I know with my phone plan I am limited to a certain up and down for data transfer before they purposefully throttle me down to the point where it's virtually unusable.

In other words, log into your account and check your usage.

I was on an "unlimited" plan with AT&T since 2007 until they quietly added limitations. I'm not saying your wrong, I'm just saying that AT&T and others are shady and may have changed things on you without your knowledge.

Yup. Technically you can still download all you want, just at a rate slower than a 56K modem...

I had to swap over to a premium plan because the throttled unlimited on my classic plan was unbelievable when I got down to about 10 days remaining in the cycle. My new phone uses more data doing the same things as the old phone.

 

They said I could be anything I wanted, so I became a Honda Civic #stance
