    Yes they're blacked out. And they are in sync with the signals on the headlights.

    I watched their installation YouTube video and noticed that too. When I received mine, they no longer come with the tools & sticker. Packaging is different too. Not sure about any differences in the new models.

    I was on vacay.
    These are the smoked, but they are very dark. only in bright sunlight do they looked smoked.

    My nitpick with these are that the lighting pattern from the mirrors don't match the head lights. The mirrors light up first from the inside then disappear. The headlights light up completely, then fades away from the inside.

    That would drive me nuts.
