Can't imagine why one would not do the trans mount as well.
Can those be part of the group buy as well?

From his previous post a bulk order from his supplier is where he is saving cost and passing that on to us. I imagine the same would apply to the trans mount, might even apply to Powder Coat? I personally don't care what color mine are, so if it makes a difference I will take whatever color helps.

 

Someone should start a list of user names and what kits you want, once it gets posted and subsequent posts updated with additional names I can get an accurate head count and what kits I need to get on order

The prices I posted were for the engine mounts. The transmission mounts are cheaper, so I will figure out a GB pricing for them depending on the total qty.

@Bonzen would the GB price include a powder coat color we’d prefer or would you need to do a solid color run? I’m fine either way, but I’ve kinda been doing this stupid thing of color coding real mechanic type work since this is the first vehicle I’ve ever decided to DIY as much as I can.

They are not powdercoated. I use a 2 stage primer outdoor metal paint. If you want powder, its a $75 upcharge. Thats what the coater charges me per kit.

 

FYI, list looks good guys. Appreciate the interest and the organization. I definitely need all the names and what products everyone wants in one spot for an accurate head count so I can give my suppliers a heads up.

When it looks like we reached an end total, we will go to the next step.

 

Hey @Bonzen are the 2wd a750e mounts the same for the tacoma and 4runner? I confident that they are but figured that you could confirm.

 

Is your 4runner an 06? And is is a V8 or V6?

Id have to verify with toyota parts online if its the same transmission mount.

I know the 4wd transmission mounts for the FJ, tacoma and V6 4runner are all the same.
