    That is pretty amazing. I wonder what would happen if an unskilled skier tried the same thing. :notsure: How bad would the flight/landing be?

    well.... I know some of the falls I took just at Steamboat, CO were pretty nasty... and those were nothing compared to that jump. lol

    crap bolted and welded together....
    that jump if i remember was only 110ish feet in distance. The ski jumpers dont land nearly as hard as those guys, due to the skis actually acting as wings like on a plane. Helps descend them with minimal force.
