Can anyone recommend sources for both the carrier bearing drop spacer kit and 2 degree axle shims? I will be trying either and both to try to eliminate my vibes.

Does anyone know if extended center pins / bolt head lengtheners are necessary in my application?

My kit came with longer bolts. So, it would depend on the thickness of the spacer. Try using some washers as spacers first. If vibes go away, and bolts are long enough, you can use threadlocker and keep the oem bolts.

Headstrong has kits that come with extended pins for the shims and bolts for the carrier bearing spacer. Yes, you'll want them.

Sorry should have been more specific, meant for the axle shims. The spacer kit does come with longer bolts.

Thanks! Do you need to clamp the leaf spring to replace the center pin? Also, did you have to grind down the shims, assuming you have some installed? The Headstrong kit has a note stating that might be necessary to fit them between the u bolts.

To remove and replace the center pin, you'll want to c-clamp the leafs on each side of the center pin. The leafs will otherwise spring apart abruptly.
I never worked with shims, but sounds like you'll just need to grind the sides down a smidge if you run factory U-Bolts, just so they can clear each U-bolt. You're running the RXT right? You might be fine without grinding.
