https://www.trick-tools.com/HB1_Small_Diameter_Hand_Bender_Deluxe_Kit_DeluxeHB1_2294 this is the main bender I use, 75% of what I bend is 1/2" either .065 or .090 wall stainless steel. But we have this attachment to go with the base. On my frame bending applications it's either .125 wall 1" square tubing or .030 wall 1.5"/2" aluminum tube for custom air intake charge pipes on the turbo diesels we use.

Thats nice! If I knew the bullshit Jd2 was gonna pull I would have got pro tools plus they are based in Tampa where I’m from.

I made a whole vertical stand for it so I didn’t want to return. I really thought they would ship it early. Now I’m committed.

@Yota X here's an example of the .125 wall 1" square tube I make in our frames. I'll take a picture of the larger diameter round tube we use for intake piping tomorrow20220216_080629.jpg 20220121_124823.jpg

Has anyone ever seen a front bumper made out of 2" EMT? I have. Interesting, but the welds:puke:lol. Hope that operation didn't cause any tumors.

2" emt is better than some of the wooden monstrosities I've made. ... shit I had a RWD astro van I use to beat up on the trails that I specifically made front amd rear bumpers out of 2x4s + a Chevy style sticker that said 2x4 just to show the concrete cowboys how to flog a trail in a 2x4 vehicle :anonymous:
