What they ^^^^^^^^ said. The front driver and front seat passanger can have o% tint. You can still have it applied at just about every location. BUT you run the risk of getting a fix-it ticket. Which means you remove the tint, get the ticket signed off, then if you are so inclined re-apply the tint. HEHE

Every one and their mother has tint. The odds are in your favor. Just FYI..

Guys 0% means zero light can be let in. So saying 0% is like saying paint your windows with black spray paint.

Check out this window Tint shop in Costa Mesa Ca, (orange County)
I live in Burbank (Los Angeles) and am very happy to drive ann our to go to this shop.

    http://www.signaturetint.com/

The service there is incredible. They offer a "no Fault" warranty too, so if you scratch your tinting in the future, they replace it for free.

I believe that the front windows must have a minimum of 70% light transmission.
There is a window "tint" that you CAN do on your windshield and signature tint sells it. It is called Lumair Air 80. It doesn't actually tint you windshield a darker color, but it blocks the heat from the sun!

Check out their website and give them a call. Their customer service is second to none and they are cheaper than most places too!

If you call them, tell them "Shane and Lori sent you, friends of Stewart"
I am curious if he will remember us.

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
You should be able to get away with 50% on the fronts if your backs are tinted with 5% or below. I ran 35% for years and never gut pulled over but I went to 20% the last time I tinted my windows and got pulled over three times with that shit. But the limit for the front windows is 70%

I had limo tint in the front and I got a ticket from CHP for it about a month ago. I asked the cop what the cutoff was. He said if I had any film (edit: on the front 2 windows or the windshield) which restricted visibility, he could write a ticket. So that 70% thing is bullshit.

You can fight that one bud it's not bull shit 70% is the limit. If a cop gives you a ticket and you have 70% you can and will win that one in court it the law.
