The "T" before the 22 means it will be built at the Guanajuato plant.

Ugh, yes. It's on QC hold. I don't know how you got yours. My sales guy says all of the Tacomas they're waiting on are stuck on hold at the railyard.

Ugh...that sucks. Hopefully, it arrives soon...but it seems like some stuck in QC are there for a bit. I guess I was either lucky, or mine got in right before this. For what it's worth, the experience at Pauly was fantastic. They didn't push anything and stuck to our MSRP agreement...one of my better car buying experiences. From the time I stepped in the door, to the time I drove my Tacoma off the lot was just about an hour.

I'm not sure who you're sales guy is, but I was working with Joe M. and he was fantastic. I had requested the dealer didn't drill holes in the front bumper for the license plate bracket during prep, and that no dealer stickers were on the truck...he made sure of both.

Thanks. It's good to know that I shouldn't have to worry about the dealership part of this. I've heard the owner is a stand-up guy and doesn't let his sales people pull any shenanigans. I'll post if/when I finally get mine!

My truck is in F status on Toyota Tracker. On the vspec site that @olblue257 recently shared again I can see all the details of the truck, but nothing about its status or date estimates. Am I supposed to be able to see tracking info there?

Also, you guys have talked about getting notifications through your Toyota app about tire pressure, etc - I’ve put the permanent VIN and enabled notifications. Is that all I need to do? Or do I need to set up the trial subscriptions for remote connect, etc to get those notifications?

Someone in another thread showed me how to decipher some of the html code to determine the status of the truck. Very helpful.

I'm going out on a limb here but the "50 State Emissions" is the only FIO reported as "false". Therefore, I wonder if the QC hold could be related to the emissions system (maybe cats?). All of the PIO report as false, which makes sense because they haven't been put on the vehicle yet.

    Opinions?

There was someone on here who's tacoma was placed on a QC hold then the truck arrived at the dealer about a week later. Are our QC hold vehicles missing a part/parts and shipped incomplete or is it a logistics trucking issue. My dealer said mine was waiting for a final inspection and a ride to the dealer. In "F" status since 5/5 but sitting in Newark since 5/31. Can anyone on here confirm that they recieved a Tacoma that was on a QC hold?

@NCTocko was on QC hold but got his truck. I don't think they gave him any intel on what the holdup was though.

You should be able to see the 'F' status on vspec too, but Toyota Tracker works just as well. You won't get dates on either site though. You have to ask your salesperson or @Rod03.

Re: the app, I can't get it to work for me. I've heard on here that it doesn't work on all trucks.

    Mine was there on 5/15.

Hopefully we'll both see our new trucks before the end on the month.

How long do the trucks usually stay on the rail? My order says rail departed on 5/27. Two weeks ago. Are they using steam locomotives?

So I got to the page in your picture. Mine is blank, did you need to do something specific to get all that info?

So I got emailed a new VIN, as apparently the one showing on their page is ANOTHER with nearly identical spec. who knew?

@Rod03 Could I get a check on where 3TMGZ5AN0NM506721 is at?
