Last I heard, ML1 was only for Artemis I. Due to the changes planned for AII (at the time) ML1 would not be suitable.

Not only that, ML1 has been quickly thrown together (at the time, they were in a hurry), where ML2 will be built less rushed.

ML2 as far as I know will be built in a parking lot in the shadows of the old Nasa HQ building that was just torn down. They have a ton of parts and equipment staged, but assembly has not begun that I can tell.

    No?

Starliner still has 6 flights on that manifest.

But that’s all they’ll have, which means it’ll probably stay a money-losing endeavor for Boeing, especially since none of the parties involved seem willing to front the money to man-rate a new booster for Starliner to ride on after they run out of Atlas V’s. Sure, Falcon 9 could do it, but I’m guessing Boring isn’t interested in the optics there.

And with ULA reporting that all of their launches will slip to 2023 without BE4's, that just makes it even more difficult for Boeing to find someone else to play with that isn't SpaceX.

I wonder if ULA is regretting going with BO yet?

Twenty-four humans have seen the far side of the Moon: the crews of Apollos 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17.The reason it’s not 27 is that three astronauts made the trip twice: Jim Lovell (Apollo 8 and 13), John Young (Apollo 10 and 16), and Eugene Cernan (Apollo 10 and 17).

All the CCS Altas 5s are already reserved. They'll just have to certify vulcan (or F9) if they get any more missions though.. which is why they didn't.
