You can use them. You just need to cut the little metal bracket that is used to mount the grill and corner lights off.

 

Can’t remember if it was @Wulf or @0xDEADBEEF who was talking about the HF roller chair but step bro and I beefed it up w 1 steel leg on it and I swear, it could take a 400lb’r rolling around in it all day forever. It’s beast now! Welded the joints too.

Correct, on the 98-00 the corners just mount to the headlights. On the 01-04 they mount to the bracket.
