How much is the shop charging for Cab mount chop?

 

Finished off few things today.
I’m a single dad and on a tight budget as it’s just me and my boys , and so these are the last add ones for a bit.
Finished off the back lights on the fogs, and today I installed the Lasfit 3in pods.
Wired them up and am really please with the results. Threw together my on truck tool kit for basic stuff (used Topo design bag) and made my own grab handle for the kids. The Topo design bag is a perfect fit for behind seat.

After 9 weeks of not so patiently waiting, installed My non powdered coated RCI Sliders today. These sliders are solid and install was not to bad. I almost completed the install by myself, just could not fit my arms up inside the frame rails to install 2 washers and nuts, thankfully my neighbor has small arms and helped me.

Its called the quick pack bag. Doesn’t look like they have it in solid green anymore . Maybe find on eBay.

I found mine on eBay for around 30 bucks ! I cut off the large waste straps as I only ever used it for fishing and never wore it on waist

I know it doesn't get much easier to add a dash cam. I got the same setup. Never even see it and I got to look under the mirror to see if it is even on. I mounted mine very similar location. After mounting it I realized I hope my super-duper $60 windshield sun block cover will still fit as it is sturdy and doesn't bend well. It does clear it barely! All that said I do hope I NEVER have to have footage from that dash cam.

 

Received my R4T bumper caps in anticipation of my BAMF bumper so I don’t have to cut up the OEM and ordered an Alpine a-x70 amp with LC7i converter from Crutchfield to go with my Kickers.

 

Got a few past memories to carry with me in the truck today

 

Great Feeling...I bought mine last May 14, 2021.

You may want to do upgrades/improvements as I have done to my Sport.

I’ve been running that exact setup for about a year now. Haven’t touched it since the day I plugged it in and it still works like a charm. Some of the best mod money I’ve spent so far.

Agreed on all points... I got hit bad twice in one month in my last vehicle. Luckily insurance took care of me but now I'm super paranoid for the $40k truck I waited 4-5 months for.

I got a fitted sunshade with a deep notch for the mirror off of Amazon that clears the camera just fine.

 

Installed my KTJO driver side A-pillar handle today. Overall, I’d give it a 7/10. It feels solid and it’s definitely not going anywhere no matter the weight applied to it. However the fit isn’t OEM level which is to be expected. The reason for docking some points is that the finish doesn’t truly match the passenger side, but luckily they are far enough apart that you wouldn’t notice unless you looked for it. I had ordered the HUD display as well but it was a defective unit; powers on for a second and then goes out. I checked the shipping label and it was originally sent to Las Vegas this past December before being sent to me in June. I’ll pursue a return on it as I don’t want to deal with the issue.

While I had the speaker grille out though I trimmed a bit of plastic to run my Spod interface cable more cleanly. Finally, I cleaned up the wiring for my Anytime Front/Back camera kit under the dash.

 

Grab a gnarly hitch step so at least the other guy gets tuned up too! I forget the suggested brands from here, but some of them look really nasty for the person buttholing you...
