    @ColoradoTJ

    This is the latest addition to my friend's collection, A Taurus 357 that he scored for like $250; This is the same friend who took me shooting for the first time. He does not own a Tacoma and is not into social media, but he gave me the okay to share these pictures. The gun is a Taurus 357 revolver from the the early 1990s, and it can also shoot .38 rounds.

    What's also great about this gun is that while the trigger is a heavy squeeze, my friend's wife who has arthritis in her hands can fire the weapon without much effort, making it an excellent choice for home defense if she is by herself.

    Every .357 magnum revolver can shoot 38 special. Kinda one of the draws of the caliber is being able to train with cheaper ammo.

    $250 isn't a bad deal tho!

    nice deal. Single/double actions always heavy trigger pull on the double action. A little snub nose like that is a good ccw pistol.

    I like at least a 6 shot though.

    I fired the AK first and while it was fun, I definitely prefer the AR-15; Here is the target that I shot. All of the AK rounds stayed in "8", and the rest are from the the AR...

    And the neck! There are two things I'm glad I learned how to do with the world the way it is; Drive a stick shift, and use various firearms!

    Sure. That's what the side rail on the left side of the receiver is for. Optic mount slides on and locks in place, with a picatinny rail on top you can mount whatever you want to.
