E27D6D88-E78A-40E2-9A9C-5B8473FE728A.jpg Could it be the Toyota app on my phone that is sending info to dealership that triggered the call. I did op out of Toyota selling my info to 3rd parties a month ago. There is a forum here talking about pulling the fuse to dcim i think, that shuts down some of the reporting but you loose the microphone for phone calls. I am going to pull that fuse and route it thru a toggle switch so when i am not using the phone it will be disabled.

Third hernia surgery? I feel your pain, have had two surgeries so far for a hernia; never quite the same feeling after. Good luck on recovery!

You better opt out with the dealer too. They have some sort of marketing software that estimates your mileage and emails you when they feel it's time for a service.

    None
I get these emails from the toyota dealer offering discounts for certain services, but none seem to apply to my truck...just our prius. Otherwise i haven't heard anything for future maintenance that applies for my tacoma since my final toyota care visit.

When you get one there is usually a link at the bottom of the email to opt out.

Sucks man. Number 3.. What's going on?

I fought with a back injury this year from a sprain when lifting heavy. If that shait happens again I'll be researching peptides and regenerative physicians.

Ask them to overinflate your tires so you can work on your airing down skills?

Subaru does the same thing I get my wife's alerts. The stealership calls me after 2-3 emails. I say to her would you like my wife's phone # maybe she'll listen to you about the light being on. Lol, the lady did everything to keep it together but just started laughing.

    upload_2022-6-10_16-12-17.jpg

bbbuuutttt. im more interested in the hernias. i had an ingroinal (like right under my pubes) hernia when i was like 24 and got surgery on it. i had a colonoscopy when i was like 27 for other medical reasons. is this something i should be more worried about?

also, you have a 2021 with all the onstar stuff? or how is toyota getting your information? i have a 2019 and my dealership doesn't answer the phone half the time i call

Snatch= hank, pull really hard, bust a gut"literally " by pulling with all your strength. Overgrown crape myrtles limbs get really entangled. So after they are cut, i had to yank really hard to get them out of the tree

i had deleted the Toyota app off my phone and plan on pushing the sos button and opting out that way. I just want a way to keep them from tracking my movements and knowing the health of my truck. I know how to air up my tires, change my oil and keep other fluids topped off. I definitely dont want them to sell my personal information to those who don't have my best interest in mind.

With every freedom and privacy we give up, that is a slap in the face to those who served and died for our freedom, just something to think about.
