I'm not sure my coworker is using enough gas for his mig welding...

Obligatory picture of the welds. Clearly this panning has been welded many times before this, but this is our latest attempt to limp it along for a little while longer. BC5A936C-8E85-457F-AE68-B0DF49006D88.jpg

Never had any luck with green tractors... This damn thing loaded up and died last week -- five minutes before the end of the one easy one lawn job it has.

I took the ZT over mowed and brought the clunker back, also noticed a large (new) oil puddle where it was parked. Hmm

Apparently the needle valve/float did something unusual. The crankcase had about a gallon of gasoline in it -- in a seemingly unrelated note the previously full fuel tank was dry ... Perhaps someone siphoned it out. ;);)

I changed the oil and had a cheap Amazon carburetor for it so that went on, started right up. Smoke billowed out, filling the garage, enough gas/oil blew out of the muffler it made a puddle on the garage floor. After about 15 minutes of mowing it finally stopped smoking and seems to run ok. The cheap carb seems to run a bit rich at idle but ok at mowing rpm -- good enough for what it does.

This one is a mulcher only, it cuts very nice actually -- but is so s...l...o...w... :turtleride:

More has to be better -- especially it he isn't buying the gas. :frusty:

I'll happily trade your old green machine for my dinky push mower... just put a new blade on it!

I bought a new blade for my mower but I haven't put it on yet. Hopefully it's not as... missing as yours is!

I actually just got the mower this year. My grandfather got his moneys worth out of it, and I got to experience the joy of beating grass into submission before I decided to freshen it up. It's an oldie but a mostly goodie. (On its last legs though) 4DCFED90-A35C-4D3F-AF9B-D53A47ED4159.jpg

My kid on his way out the door leaving for work:

"It would suck if I came home at 5:00 to a smoked burger."

    Yep. Definitely mine.

    Wanna blow his mind?

Slide a slice of Velveeta in between two thin patties like Juicy Lucy style and seal the edges. Smoke those burgers !

    Here's some inspiration:

This is going to blow your mind.

He's not a huge fan of cheese. He's alright with some on pizza but put too much on a burger and he's not a fan.

    Maybe he's not mine...

And you'd thing that with the Juicy Lucy originating in Minneapolis that I'd have had one at some point but I haven't.
