So I took my truck into have an alignment done and the guy told me he couldn't adjust the caster because my alignment tabs are bent. After doing some research, I'm assuming this because the bolt shifted when I hit something? I recently bent the spindle and was getting it aligned after replacing it.

How screwed am I? Is the only choice here to weld new ones on? I've got a picture of the front, I haven't gotten a good look at the rear one, I need to go crawl up underneath.

This is not uncommon and there are weld on solutions that repair and reinforce the tab to prevent it from happening again, or you can make your own with some suitable steel. The one you show doesn't look that bad, though. I don't see why it couldn't be straightened out with a punch/drift and used as is.

Thanks! I found some gusset kits on Total Chaos which I figured means this probably happens a lot :D

So the rear LCA bolt tabs look fine to me, it's just the front bolt that is screwed. I've got somewhat of a pic of the back of the front bolt, which looks like it may be in worse shape.

Damn, that is a pretty sweet setup. I think that is probably above my level of installation ability however. I've been eyeing long travel for a bit, but just have been waiting because I keep blowing money on other stuff like replacement spindles.

The beauty of it is you don't have to go long travel with it. You go down that path later. I believe there others in the Seattle area that have done it. There are other options but they all just reinforce the stock brackets.
