But like I said in my other post just now, a rule's a rule and I do understand why they have it. They're running a business and forums can go downhill fast when tempers flare over politics.

I have seen atleast 10 new wells pop up in the last 3 months. My house is North of the Eagle Ford Shale area and my farm is just South of Eagleford Shale area.

Just place your map in google earth/satellite mode and zoom in and look how many wells there are. Some of those gravel sites will have 6 to 10 wells on each pad. There is a bottle neck to refine oil... and EPA doesn't allow any more refineries to be built to produce gasoline, there has only been 1 small refinery built in the past 30 years. I bet some of normal already processed oil for U.S. imports are now being diverted to European countries. Big oil is exporting more oil for higher profits, and explain why the government has released some of the reserves to drop the price at the pump?!?

But Crack Spread (barrel of oil price vs refined products price) is at one of it's largest gaps ever.

Crack spread is a process of hedging your oil by selling essentially "Options" contracts on your products to protect your oil/products price in the future. Right now the "pre-sold" refined products contracts are so high vs the barrel oil price it's insane...
