I am on the hunt for a good quality rolling tool box to carry the majority of my daily tools. I did the math and the tool bag and sockets pictured add up to 53 pounds not including my drill and canvas bag with another meter in it. Whatever I get should stand up to daily use and have a good carrying capacity. My tool bag is cramped and can only be reorganized so many times. The zipper barely closes.

Does anyone have any first hand experience with something like what is pictured here? I don’t know how to organize pictures in posts but I’m sure you’ll be able to tell my tools from the pics I pulled from google.

Either brand names or specific product recommendations are most welcome. I’ll drop a couple hundo on something that’s worth it. Thanks!

My problem with the Packout is some of the Boxes are Really Big and it's So Much Wasted Space. But I have been on the Hunt Myself now for a couple of years for a decent rolling Tool Bag, Or Set Of Boxes? Or Something for when I leave my shop and go to Fire Stations, Police Departments or EMS Stations I am not have to load several different Boxes and Bags.

Ok, I have seen them. They all have that Big Box on the bottom without any Dividers or Compartments. It's just a Big Open Box.

Yeah and that does not sound useful for what I’m after. I’m looking for various sized inner organizer spaces and compartments. I’m wanting to keep my tools just as organized as they are and easier to access. There must be something.

yeah. It’s the Dewalt. The pack out 2.0 IS just a big box but they do make dividers if you want to use them.

I will have to go back and Look Again. When I looked before there wasn't anything in the boxes.

They’re sold separate the ones I’m taking about.

The small box comes with a 2 parts organizers and the medium and big box come with the trays.

Then there are these which are what are sold separate.

DEWALT DWST08110 TOUGH SYSTEM 2.0 SHALLOW TOOL TRAY https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08TKLWWV1

I like the large box open for framing nailers and skill saws etc so that’s usually what’s on the bottom. So, I don’t really use organizers. The middle has impacts, multi tool, drills of various sizes, grinder etc.

    But that’s just me.

I just ordered it! I'll report back once I get it loaded up and squared away. Might not get it for a couple weeks but maybe sooner. In-store pickup..

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I was in the same boat what I did was just mount my Snap On 26" Top Road Box on a modified hand truck.

Box and hand truck could come apart and be secured easily.

The only Down side it sucked in stones or soft dirt then I drove the Truck as close as possible.

Since most of my work was in Industrial locations it worked well fork lifts and cranes made it easy to load and unload.

At least give you something to think about

I might re work it after using it for a while but so far it’s great. I can carry more and aside from putting it in the truck and unloading it, it’ll be rolling behind me instead of weighing down one shoulder.

Bottom line as long as it works and your happy .

Things for the most need some adjusting after the trail period.
