Fight back HOA

 

Now that CA has deemed bees to be fish, they're protected legally too so you could always start up a bee farm. I'm sure an HOA would love that lol

 

Oh man I'd love to start one.

You see them all along the roads out here by the fields.

They come out to our plants and whatnot; completely harmless. Should help our lemon tree and whatever else we'll grow in the future.

 

Yeah I've got no problem with bees as long as I don't accidentally piss one off. Been stung a handful of times over the years but I'm not allergic . Wasps and yellow jackets on the other hand can go right to hell

 

Oh yeah these won't even mess with you at all.

Funny story I've still got a scar from a bee that stung me over 25 years ago. It was while I was living in Germany and I got stung while in our backyard.

Stinger was still in my arm for a bit and the skin around the sting had turned redish purple over time and later started turning black. Had to go to the hospital. Least I wasn't allergic though not the best way to find out

 

Well, gas is officially averaging over $5 a gallon at the cheapest spots in north NJ. $75 to fill a crosstrek. Looks like I’m gonna be pullin a @Sperrunner and driving the transit connect work van. I’m having 2008/9 flashbacks.

 

On another note, not sure when it happened but the collar on my cb radio's coaxial cable broke.

Explains the bad reception as it was easy to grab and move about.



Glad I never installed a radio in the 4R as I still have a new cable and antenna even.

You got stung by one of those rare wwII bees

 

We have a swarm of bees that always takes up residence in the hedges that line our driveway every spring and summer, but there's no hive so they're pretty docile. Makes getting in/out of my truck though a little interesting if they're particularly rowdy

 

How did I nazi that coming

 

This is the truth. Also, bats eat mosquitos. In some places, they earn their keep.

 

Been putting smiling faces in the hundy for over a month now.

 

I wish this was 08/09, I don't remember it getting much more than $5/gallon then. Which I guess for the time may have been equally as bad. We're at $6.50ish for 91 at the cheapest stations. $8 or so at the higher trafficked ones

 

I just remember a major sell-off of big gas burner trucks like the King Ranch and Surburban. Huge dumping of big vehicles. Then people were upside down in a gas hog.
