Got the WCP shined up and enjoying this glorious New England weather

 

Looks good! I like the titanium wheels. I wasn't sure how'd they look on WCP so I went with black. Can you see if there's a part number on the bottom side of those steps?

Install was a PITA by myself; had to enlist wifey help. But I really like them.

 

What was the deal with install? Did you have to drill?

 

No drilling. Bolted to factory mounting spots. Just heavy and awkward to line up on my own.

 

Oh gotcha. I wouldn't mind some more pictures of those from different angles...

 

What are your guys' thoughts on black accents for WCP Tacos?

Should I go gloss black or carbon fiber accents?

 

I'm not a fan of carbon fiber really. Kind of outdated IMO. Can't go wrong with matte, satin or gloss black.

Won't say I don't see the same thing.

Believe me it isn't intentional. I don't have a place to wash it the way it needs to be done. Those "U-Wash" places by me are constantly jammed up, and shut down about 9pm. The car washes do the most lackluster job you can imagine and regularly use old nasty rags to dry. Plus the employees could give a shit about anything.

 

We have a couple of "do it yourself" spots that have multiple drive-in touchless automatic wash bays. They work pretty good. I won't go to a car wash that has snot nosed kids working there LOL...

 

That's just about all of them around here. Lol

 

And that's after driving through a rain storm. I will say though, the colour hides A LOT.

 

Not a single access cab WCP. Wanted to see what my new truck is gonna look like.
