    Keys? Only my wife and I but we never use them. I only carry mine for if the power goes out and I can't use the garage door.

    The kids use the garage door with a code, same with the niece when she comes. No one else has access.

    Yes, the smart lock bit is for when I'm laying in bed and don't want to get my lazy ass up to check locks. Since the keypad works on battery power, no worries about power outages. The app also monitors battery levels, so I know before they are completely dead. Plus, if they do go completely dead, I can temporarily use a 9V battery to get it unlocked.

    After almost 7 trouble free years my trusty little Acer Chromebook packed it in -- evil software end of life... :mad:
    My cost of ownership (minus electric) was $4.36/month. $349 purchase/80 months.

    The new one came today, instructions as follows:
    1) Plug it in
    2) Turn it on
    Got to love the Chromebook simplicity.

    Hope to get the same service from this new one. :fingerscrossed:

    Heading to the cancer center for a scan on my lungs and a echocardiogram on my heart to see how I'm doing. Think they are going to take me off some medicine cause my blood pressure and sugar levels are too low.
