x2, I've had a couple bulb issues and MESO has taken care of it despite offering to pay for replacements. A+ company for sure they take care of their customers.

did you have to splice the vled triton wiring into the factory tacoma connectors? Im scratching my head trying to figure out how to connect these tritons to my truck, also- i am one set short of those meso triton adapters so i cant even install them until i get those

You only need the adapters on the reverse/turn. The upper sockets are already correct.

As for the harness, I made my own. (This isn’t my first rodeo)
You “could” use the harness and the socket adapters, but you end up with an extra connection unnecessarily. It wouldn’t be complicated to order the hardwire version and replace the connectors with the VLED hardwire pigtails.

Just got mine a few days ago and installed them. I am happy with them. Everything works fine but I do get the hyper flashing only when I am in reverse and signaling at the same time for parallel parking or in reverse and have the hazards on. Does anyone have the same issue? should I get a resistor?

It's normal, I had the same issue when I had mine installed. I also recall other forum members with the same issue.

the resistor should fix it. I have the resistor installed and I have no issues when using hazards/signals in reverse

They are out of the resistors. Where else can I get them? Now it's going to cost me close to $200. Not to sure at this point if it is worth it but since I already have them, I might as well make it work properly. Maybe they should have included the resistors from the get go.

you can check google and see if any of the vendors that carry meso products stock them, or make a WTB post here and see if anyone has a set that they decided not to install. as for the rest of your post...they didn't include them because the vast majority of people don't care about hyper flash in that one very specific and uncommon situation. so making it a separate purchase is a way to keep the cost down for most people. If that occasional hyper flash bothers you, then that extra cost is yours to deal with. in the mean time, they work as intended otherwise. and if you do come across that situation, they should go back to normal afterward. or if you decide to cut your losses, im sure the total tails kit will sell pretty quickly here.

The Meso ultimate turn signals have a built in resistor. That was all I needed to stop the hyperflash for me. Also sold out, but you could try the marketplace.

Apologies up front but are you saying that with the Stage 1's, if you install the Ultimate Turn Signals, the above hyper flashing gets resolved?

    Thx

    Typically, yes.
MESO put resistors in the UTS because he knew that change could introduce the effect.

I guess I can pull my resistors out then, because I have the V5's now as well
