Coming up on needing new tires sooner rather than later and after doing some looking, I can’t seem to find 35” 6 ply tires. Do they even make these, if so do any of y’all have them?

I currently have 315/75R16 10 ply. They’re pretty rough on road so that’s why I’m asking about 6 or even 8 ply. Looking to stay 35” because I think my truck would look very weird with 33”s. Pics for reference.

What load range are those? Try D or even C. Nitto Trail Grappler MT are load C.

Yeah these tires were on the truck when I bought it lol I think they’re overkill for a taco but they had so much life left in them I wasn’t about to drop $1k on new tires. Dope I’ll look at the Nittos right now.

Just went on Nittos website, all they have for 16” wheels are Load range E. I might just have to get 17” wheels for the sake of better tire options.

    I believe Kenda Tire makes a 35 in C load but it's a narrow (35x10.50r) one.

That said it's probably what I'll be going with next tire time.

Did not see you have 16s. Yea that checks out. 17s are the way to go.

Yeah man lots more options in 17" wheels, plus you can clear the TRD Pro 4Runner "big brake" upgrade, and at 35" tires you will have plenty of sidewall.

Less than a 33" I would probably try to stay in 16" wheels for airing down on the trail but 33"+ a 17" wheel will give you a little better stability without much downside.

I’d be fine with a slightly narrower tire. Just trying to not have to buy new wheels lol

Nitto also offers the Trail grappler AT in 315/75R16 in D load range. To answer your other question, we are not seeing any options for that size in a C load range. PM on the way though

I actually found those after some more digging yesterday! Those are more than likely going to be my next set.
