Hey people, I figured i make a new thread for the update.

I didn't realized my OG thread was locked.

My insurance paid me 58k for the truck. Pretty much covers the finance loan on the truck.

I have predator steps, oval steps, all weather mats, tri fold hard cover and bed matt for sale for the short bed.

I found a used off road for 42k 2019. However, my dealer hooked me up with the same deal as my last truck. So, i have another off road. Only difference it is now a long bed.

I learned my lessonand thank you for the concern and hope to see you at the trails.

No. Purchase the truck for 47k and they gave me 58k for it. Crazy huh.

Is this the situation where the truck was stolen?

That's even worse then. If you paid $47k but the $58k they gave you only "pretty much covers the finance on the loan" you're making terrible decisions. Though wrecking the truck apparently worked out to get you out of an negative equity loan.

I don't think so, but thank you for the concern. I dont believe I had negative equity if they paid 11k over the msrp.

Your first post says that the $58k payment pretty much covered the finance loan. That sounds like you financed a lot over the $47k. If that’s not the case then it’s just poor grammar which is more forgivable than terrible financial decisions.

So you were in the hole $11k then, thus the negative equity I mentioned. You owed $58k for a $47k truck. Luckily you wrecked it and got out from under that.
