The proof of purchase might be a problem because I burned the box. Maybe I can send the screenshot from this thread when I said I got it:anonymous:

Super easy, create online account on milwaukee website, create a warranty ticket, you enter the model and serial numbers along with a description of the issue, they give you a fedex label they pay for, you just toss the tool in a box and drop it off at fedex, you'll get a email when its being sent back to you with a tracking number.
You only need proof of purchase if the serial number is gone, they use the serial number like a dealer uses the vin to determine when warranty expires.

Thanks! And done.. except for dropping it off. Like you said super easy. We have a wood stove so those boxes and leaflets become firestarter the next day.

Also if you got it from Home Depot, and you have an online account with them (like in the app, not necessarily a "pro" account) a screenshot of the purchase page with the item is good enough for them. It worked perfect for me when I warrantied a tool.

Missing My Last Tacoma --- Had 11 Toyota trucks in the past and many other Toyota cars too.
I have Ridgid, Milwaukee and Makita cordless power tools and Skil (worm drive), Bosch and Porter Cable corded.

Can I post a deal I got on Makita ... in the Milwaukee thread ?

I didn't realize it before, but Makita makes a lot of their high end tools 10 minutes from my house. o_O

And for some reason ... a HD close to them (and me) seems to get some unusual and good pilot deals.

Are those power wheels motors rated for 18v?

This seems like a neat option.

Hello, fellow Milwaukee tool hoarders... err collecters... I need this for work... honest...

I may have a couple... or dozen different tools. Mainly impact guns, drills and others. Makes it handy that I can have 6 tools and 1 battery to rule them all...
