Assembly for now and it's mainly for farm and construction vehicles. But I'm making cooling tower pump drives.

Yea, place is air conditioned and super laid back. Took a pay cut but lot closer to home.

Well shit that's good at least, especially with how expensive commuting can be.

I'd rather get paid less and be happy with what I'm doing versus making good money and hating it (and working a shit ton of hours).

 

Yea, it's why I left my last place. I've worked 6 days a week some times 13 straight for the last year. Also I was spending $110 in gas alone
