I used a razor blade and a heat gun. The razor blade alone will work, but heating up the plastic just a little makes it easier to control since I was not having to "force" a cut.

So where did you end up doing most of your cutting?

WW Firefighter... actually I did my own trimming… 4 Wheel Parts did not want to make any body “cutting” modifications. And yes, that is the only place I had to trim. Everywhere else in the wheel well there were no other rubbing issues.

Yeah I checked to see where mine was rubbing when I was backing out again and had the wheels full tilt to the right and it was just barely hitting that front part where the shop had trimmed it before. It was only hitting it by about half an inch so no biggie. I'll end up trimming it up tomorrow morning. I'm just wondering how it will do when off-roading?

All I trimmed was half of the plastic part that hangs down, the inside half of coarse, but i followed the finderline like the pics above and then rounded down and strait across in front of the holes in the bottom of that hang-down-piece. if your looking at my truck head on you cant even tell its been trimmed.
