I'm picking up what you're putting down, I just don't think its them. Technically speaking, they're self lubricating so you only really need to keep them clean. Add in no change when lubed, no play, and no visible defects they're like 3rd or 4th on list of culprits.

My only question here is whether or not my alignment could be causing it. Need to justify the expenses in my mind. :D

    I have 315/75/16 with 3.5 BS +a 3/4" spacer.

I also need to trim the cab side of the fender a bit more since my scrub radius changed a bit. Eventually I'll throw the oem cams back in and get a better alignment too

    I will

I’m gonna pull them off and cerakote the bodies again so they all match. Then send them to accutune to tune. My friend did the tune and he did good but I think accutune can really get them where I want them. In the mean time I’m gonna have to put the old pro comp back on.

I can’t ever get any time to away from work and family to work on the truck.

Do you know where the squeak is coming from (pivots, cup, ect)? at low speed, higher speed, or both?

Almost positive it's coming from the pivot/bushings. It sounds exactly the same as when they haven't been lubed in long while. Lubing them has no effect though. I'm just curious if being out of alignment would cause this or if there was another explanation. The cup/uniball is about 8+ years old, but they don't look too bad.

The squeak happens at all speeds but is very noticeable just driving on a flat residential street at low speeds.

I was going to try to swap the zerks out as well because it seems the grease is making it's way out of the fitting a little more then normal. I'm all out of ideas after that....

@cdex8357 as much as I hate to do it, I think im going to drop down to 285s. With the spacer up front I am rubbing more, and im so tired of cutting things.

Do you think by going down to 285s, i can eliminate the spacer up front?

@fatfurious2 i have.. when I had 285s there was no rubbing. Been thinking about it. Putting a C load rated tire.

You can always try a skinny 35” tire… that’s taller but not as Thic

good point. I haven’t looked deep into it, just know that make a skinny.

    where are you rubbing?

i only have rub on the bypass and the LCA.. and I’m sure the with 3” of BS I’ll clear. Meaning I need a 1.5” spacer with my current wheels
