Carb sensible pizza. This one was especially good. Pepperoni, Bacon, Basil, and Garlic on a yeast bread thin crust. 8 grams of carbs per slice.

I’m not a matcha fan by any means (tastes like grass clippings to me), but I had fun making them. Client wanted something fun for a baby shower.

 

faack..that is cool as hell!!

 

here is tonights dinner. dare i say it was vegetarian.

(sucks following custom marshmallows.)

Black Bean and Fire Roasted Corn enchiladas. I make the red sauce 2 gallons at a time and freeze quart bags. burned up a precious bag for this. worth it.

 

Daughter is a boulanger (fancy professional baker) and sent me this she was working on….

That's why the folds go down! I bet it was fabulous though!

 

Looked much better platted. it was tasty for the first attempt.

 

Ginger Miso Grilled Chicken, Ancho Chili Rubbed Grilled Potato Wedges and Miso Buttered Grilled Corn.



Yes it's kind of a one colored dish due to being rushed by Mother Nature. The flavors make up for the lack of color!

 

So this miso stuff….you just mix with the butter for the corn??

 

4 Tablespoons room temp Butter
1 Tablespoon Miso (I use the Red Miso)
1 Tablespoon Honey
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce (I use Gluten Free Soy Sauce)

Mix together and brush on the corn as it's grilling.

 

Did a whole chicken last night. Turned it into fried rice tonight. Sorry for no how to but it's fried rice. And it's awesome!
