    Drop bracket lift and booger welds
    How is this done? cnc milled, then filled with colored epoxy and sanded flat? Looks like whatever filled it in was automated too?

    Cnc Mill, filled with colored epoxy using a syringe, no automation, after letting it dry for a week it went back in the mill for a 3d profiling op and finished with a sanding pad to break the edges. The pic with the steps was just a roughing op.

    This is it after the 3d profiling, before hitting it with the pad.
