    All the usual diesel truck mods- fuel system upgrade, programmer, CAI, intake manifold, 60MM stealth turbo
    Other than an occasional trip to the vet we take Suki in the car 1x a year to drive around our neighborhood to look at Christmas lights. Oddly enough she loves it! She usually purrs so loudly and kneads so hard whoever is in the passenger seat has to put a towel on our laps to protect from her claws. Now it’s just an odd tradition for us.

    I apparently jinxed everything, because our Henry is in the vet hospital with acute renal insufficiency. He's in really bad shape, and I am expecting the worst. We have no idea what happened, and the vet folks are focusing on stabilizing him and will worry about cause later. He just started throwing up and stopped eating a couple of days ago. We took him to the ER this morning after getting his labs back from our regular vet. To make things worse, his labs were delayed a day due to all the power outages here in central Ohio following the Monday-Tuesday storms. Power was only restored to the impacted areas overnight Wednesday-Thursday. We don't want him to suffer any more than necessary, so there are limits to what we will do to save him.
