that sounds like some fun times too. It was about a 3 hour drive to get down here and about 45 min to make it to that beach.

That narrows the area down. Problem is this is a very transient place. I’ve been around for awhile but have never seen that truck. Good luck with your search

no, I am just being lazy. I have everything to make it, I just need to do all the measuring and cutting of the steel. I'm going to do all the design to 1:1 so I can print out the tricky parts to use as stencils.

Are you buying a Prius for real. That's what I heard. Parting out the truck and getting a Prius.
Plus you're gonna need to take the passenger seat out just to fit all your muscles. :muscleflexing:

Park on a hill so you can get it going again after putting this crap in. :puke:

And of course I am kidding. I have used that, and Amsoil in the past.

I’ve only ever ran AMSOIL In my gear boxes and tranny. I feel kinda dirty for using something else this time. I was surprised I even got my drain plug cracked open, so I had to take a quick trip up to the Wally World for this. It’s been since 2014 that I last did a drain & fill on my front diff so it’s long overdue.

You got the nifty Lexus fill port plug… I’ll get one when I do a drain/fill.

When I had my common rail diesel I ran Amsoil, in everything. $200 for a engine oil filter, and fluid, and the rear diff. The dealer wanted $400. When I rode Harleys I ran Amsoil and Royal Purple. With this Tacoma and all my Toyota's I feel like the OEM fluids are going to provide the best service for my needs. Sometimes I get on it and I wonder if they can withstand my foolishness but I have a 10yr 100k mile warr and my maintenance is regular, so............

There's nothing wrong with Amsoil at all. It's definitely a great product.
