    They are Phillips OEM bulb. Lots of people have tan 35w bulbs with 56w ballasts for more output. Owl I messaged you about the parts. We need to get it all nailed down so I can get all those parts to you. I’m goin ti submit the package pictures to UPS as they should be covering those

    Thank you for correcting me. I did not know that about bulbs and ballasts being semi compatible. Also did not think about extra UV burn due to overdriven bulb.
    Checked TRS website and the morimoto "50W" bulb tech sheet lists the wattage as 35+/-3W. Learned a lil something today. Thanks guys

    Also to be fair to LSC15 he has reached out to me about the damaged and missing stuff. Just trying to keep this all on the up and up on my end and be fair.

    Nah man, I paid for these bad boys over memorial day weekend, and they were delivered a couple days ago. He was even waiting on the shrouds and didn't even order the housings until I placed my order. He might just not be very backed up, but I know a couple others that don't have that long of a wait...

    No you don't do a refund, huh you just steal all our money, make us all wait forever and ever for lights we may never recieve and if we do they are not up to par as per quality of your workmanship before hand say 2018-20. All the while you are buying a new truck, hanging around out of town with golf carts and putting a lift in your gfs vehicle? Man just fucking refund me. I will be starting to call your place of work daily ranting about you as well as to the police all about true things you have been doing to me and everyone on here giving false promises and essentially stealing our money via false pretenses and deception. I will be doing whatever I have to for you to fork over the money I have sent you in return for no products on the over a year mark of now I have waited and put up with your lies and promises that will never come.

    You can state you don’t do refunds all you want, but if you don’t provide a product, it’s not a refund. A refund implies a product was received and perceived as unsatisfactory. What you have done is taken payment for a product and never sent the product.

    Your customers also have a reasonable expectation of an on time delivery. You gave them expectations that their product would be delivered within a set time range. That range has changed multiple times. You can only do that so much before you have changed the original “agreement” that you had with the customer.

    If your customers take legal action against you, you will not win these arguments as long as they have documentation of all of this.

    You’re not offering refunds to people who want them and are telling you they are cancelling their orders? Your lawyer is advising you that this is ok?

    How long have people been waiting on these lights? Tell us the longest outstanding order? I’d also like to hear from those in the thread who are still waiting on resolution, how long have you been waiting after paying the individual your hard earned money?

    I think we all know why you aren’t offering refunds. You don’t have the money to pay them back because it’s been spent on other things, possibly including the parts for everyone’s lights. What we don’t know is, how many other orders outside of TW are outstanding (if any). The unreasonable delay in shipment of these lights can really only be explained in one of two ways. Apathy on your part or you’re busy fulfilling other orders from outside TW. I’m leaning towards apathy.

    Your customers want their money back. They have clearly stated this. This is a reasonable request of them as you have failed to deliver what they have ordered in a timely manner. They don’t want the light and be forced to resell them.

    Do the right thing and refund them their money if they have chosen to cancel their orders with you. If you can’t or are unwilling to do so. I recommend they go through whatever means necessary to recoup their lost money from you. Small claims court, law enforcement for wire fraud, etc. We, as the TW moderating staff are here for the members and the community. You have failed to deliver as a “vendor” and as a TW member. Whatever comes your way, you have brought this upon yourself.
