    My Tacoma made it to the dealer yesterday, picking it up Tuesday. Deposit made 2/9 Build date 5/13 Arrived at Dealer 6/17 Thanks to Rod03 for checking on mine a few times during the long process !

    Once the system shows the truck has been build the temp VIN changes automatically to the perm. Once that happens your salesman can provide it to you.

    Does anyone know what days the Taco factory actually builds trucks? Is it 7 days a week? I assume they don't have Juneteenth or July 4th off since the plant is in Mexico.
    Just curious since this is build week for me, and the week is almost over...

    Did you run your temp vin on the tracker? I was doing it for a few weeks, and two days ago around 3pm I tried it and the vin was showing, thanks to Rod03 my truck is already on the way via train

    the dealer's webpage shows my truck with temp vin in one description, then another description shows my truck with the permanent vin which was created two days ago
