The quote above was an update for RustyShackleTRD’s lights 8 weeks ago. Supposedly at this point they had been bench tested and sealed. RustyShackleTRD is still on the outstanding order list from the first post. You didn’t post pics of it or the next build in progress, as promised.

Assuming that list is updated, how do you plan on finishing 7 sets of headlights and 2 sets of taillights in 13 weeks when you still haven’t finished and shipped one supposedly complete set from 8 weeks ago?

The deadline you’ve set is becoming less realistic by the day. It’d be more believable if you posted any updates but you haven’t done that in two months.

 

True plus for some people they might not have a place to work on this in the colder months

I’m working on lights now. Don’t have time to check this. Listen guys, I admit my fault and to solely blame for these unreasonable delay. I sincerely apologize and I let the things goin on in my life bleed into my work life and getting these lights done. I sincerely apologize, I love building these lights for members. Please give me one last chance to get these built this summer and out to everyone and we can go from there. Again I am truly sorry and I’m working on them to fulfill orders

SO I'm getting back on my feet and checking in to see WTF is going on here. I received boxes of broken headlight assemblies and a box of incomplete parts before my surgery damn near a month ago now. Refund has been filed with UPS and you have been refunded MY money. At what point are you going to make this right? And since you have been refunded by UPS you have now not only defrauded me but you have also by not refunding my money or sending replacement items defrauded a major corporation. Lets get our shit together here and make it correct before things have to take a different direction.

On a different note. To all of you great people who reached out to me with kind thoughts or help while I've been dealing with this surgery crap. THANK YOU. The truck hobby tends to bring out the best people.

Sir I’ve been waiting ti hear back and get info and all pics from you to file a claim. I haven’t heard from you and I didn’t know you did that. That’s great. I have not received anything at all from UPS so can you please message me with details of everything submitted and when it was approved because I haven’t seen anything on my end buddy

 

Starting at post #1758 were there not enough photos for you to download and use. What about all the photos I sent you of the missing harnesses, demon eye brackets? Why have I not received the missing items that I photo documented? You have photo evidence of everything. What is your SOLUTION for me?

 

I was waiting to hear back when you were undergoing your surgery. Everything missing will be sent and we will figure out the ups stuff. I messaged you as well buddy. No worries we will get it all taken care of
