    What sparky said. Inspect them regularly and replace when needed. Rust will probably kill the trans cooler lines before anything else.

    OEM is probably best quality and longest lifespan, but by how much is anyone's guess. You won't notice any improvement with Mishimoto or other aftermarket stuff. Gates/Continental/other brands you can find at the local parts store are probably fine too.
