My Defense Production Act suggestion from earlier will ultimately prove the most useful and least harmful to your pocket. Just the threat of nationalizing a gnats hair of the refining industry would get those dragging their feet to get in gear.
Diesel subsidies are what we need. THAT trickles down. Putting free gas in an end users vehicle only sends money upstream back to the very people you are pointing fingers at.
Cheaper diesel helps the supply chain.
