I looked around where I was mowing and found no bits - o - wheel in evidence.
Everything is on a hill here so it could possibly be 1/2 mile down road at my neighbors.

Yep, that’s probably going to be me. At least the kids have a little bit of grass to play in with a sprinkler until I get the rest seeded in the fall.

Pulled this engine out of a customers walk behind commercial unit. It kept ejecting a pushrod on the exhaust side. It would run, but not worth a shit.

I told the customer he'd be further ahead letting me source a running engine and doing a swap.

    He green lit that program.

His walk behind is working fine with a good used engine.

I now have an extra engine that I can mess with while having a few beers.

Of course the thing had been sitting outside for 2 years. The carb was a solid rusty mass.

I picked up a $35 carb and a couple plugs.

I need to bench start it next, but its time to make dinner.

I wonder how long they ran the thing on one cylinder? Electrode was completely shorted over.

Any chance you could post some pics of the unit with a tape measure in the shots?

I'd love to make one of these for my mini stand on skid steer.

I don't need every measurement, just something to scale against.

I'll cut the parts out with a CNC plasma table.

Sure, the bottom section and fork are made out of AR400 steel. I'm done for the day, it's blazing hot here in South Texas, will probably grab some pics/measurements this evening or in morning.
