    In the market.

    Found a 2013 Red DoubleCab SR5. 4x4.

4x4 with 39,000 miles, Seems like it just sat in someone's garage. Clean.

The dealership wants $31,XXX, I have them at about $30,800. Good deal? Or common enough to pass?

    Thanks!

If it's in immaculate condition, yes. Otherwise too steep.

Nice ride……….I see no pics of underneath for frame wise. Honestly can’t see anything wrong. Lol really nice, 3 owner even. With that low of miles this will last you years and another 200K

    2013 are a solid year. If it’s a SR5 & no rust yea it’s worth 30k.

You need to ask yourself 2 things.

Try to negotiate by logn into Toyota Owners . Com. Create an account & add the vin to your account. Then click maintenance history. That might give you some wiggle room to ask for less & or proves it’s had a good history of care. Also, maybe take it to a Toyota dealer & say I have 1 to 2 hours, this is a prepurchase inspection. It’s $100 bucks here in Denver.

If it’s nice & no rust & checks out on Toyota owners, you might not need to take it to Toyota for a check & is all that worth losing the truck? :notsure:

Also, how much rust could be on a truck with such low miles? Kinda think you need it jump on this one.

BRM is an awesome color. Same as my 2013!!! GL OP!

Way too steep. At that low of mileage, I'd be worried. Vehicles that sit for a very long time without being driven or that are only driven on short trips without reaching highway speeds can be prone to problems. So be very leery of very low mileage trucks. For all you know the previous owner never changed the oil the last couple years because "it was never driven that much". Just something to think about.

Ain't that the truth! I have the original window sticker from my 2014 SR5 4X4 DC. Base MSRP: $27,885 SR5 trim, Entune Audio Plus and Tow package, Mats and shipping: $31,845

Without seeing the frame, and shining a light down the oil fill tube I'd say the only things to be cautious about is what looks to be a trailer brake controller under the steering wheel on the right side, and the sketchy looking drivers-side switch bezel on the door. For that asking price and mileage, that truck should be darn near perfect. At that mileage: there should be no varnish on the timing chain and areas around it that you can see at the bottom of the oil fill tube: NONE. Check the pedals for wear. It should be minimal. Another telltale: The left bottom driver's seat bolster cushion should have -no- or minimal wrinkling. My 2014 with 104,000 on it had only minimal/minor fabric wrinkling. My truck has the tow package, which I looked for and wanted because of all the goodies that come with it. But the hitch receiver had no evidence that it ever had a ball mount installed in it and no evidence of a brake-controller in the cab or below the dash, and the factory connector for it was buried behind all the stuff next to the kick panel. Check the size of the ball on the hitch. If it's a 1 7/8's, I wouldn't worry about it too much. But it's 2.0" or 2 5/16's, and it shows a good amount of wear, I would.

If you WANT a gen 2.5...and LIKE Red..hell yeah, snatch that up QUICK, because they are getting harder and harder to find with low miles! Looking at the pictures on the dealers website, looks clean! CHECK THE FRAME...by the cats and make sure its rust free, that amount of mileage, you should be able to eat off it...
