I didn't want to look like im on a trip every day. The storage is nice, but it will also be nice to have something that i can take off and still feel sporty

I put a deposit down on this yesterday. Unfortunately I won’t be able to pick it up for two weeks, cause I’ll be out of town for work.

Been having a blast on my new Tracer 9 GT. Such a different animal coming from an Africa Twin. The AT had some power and low end grunt, but the Tracer 9 with the 890cc triple kicks its ass. Holy $h!t do I scare myself sometimes on the Tracer. Never felt that way on the AT. And cruise control is the bees knees. Don't think I could have a bike without it after this. Also, the transmission is incredible. The motor never lugs in any gear. I can leave it in 5th and do 35 to 60+ mph and it doesn't flinch. Yamaha knows their $h!t.

National Ride to Work Day! I rode in this morning, did you?

 

Every morning that isn’t snowing

 

Perfect day but rode yesterday and just didn't feel like riding this morning. There was no traffic for once, for whatever reason companies give people this Monday off.

I avoid the sleet days as well. Otherwise heated grips and cold weather jacket works alright for 30+ degrees.

 

No work for me today, hooray working for a governmental entity. Still hoping to go for a ride this afternoon though. Fingers crossed after today we *finally* have some summer weather. We haven’t hit 80 yet, normally we’d have blown by that weeks ago and every weekend so far has rained. Also, for the record, the school I work for is on semesters, so my "summer" starts early May haha
