If the risk is acceptable to you that’s fine with me. What I was trying to say is that you haven’t really tested the new setup to determine there is no difference. It’s like removing your air bags, driving down the street, and then declaring there is no effect. You have to actually put the truck into a situation where the anti roll bar is fulfilling its purpose.

How about the dissconnectable sway bar links. Are they any good. Most of them seem to be put together with small Cotter pins that don’t really seem substantial enough to hold the sway bar under on road driving

They have not been created for the Tacoma. Would be nice if someone could figure it out. Doesn't seem like there is a method to tuck them away when disconnected...

how many threads down are you on the coils and what’s your center to fender measurements. Mines weird…
    21.5 and I’ve got 13 threads showing.

General rule for the chassis is 80-140 pounds of additional front end weight will use 650 lb/in springs and 150+ will warrant 700 lb/in springs.
If you are swapping from 600 to 700 lb springs you need to revalve the shocks, honestly you should do it for 650s as well. 14" 700s will take 550 lbs more force to fully compress vs 600s, its a big difference. Kings standard Tacoma valving will have all 3 bleed holes in the piston open which will be quite jittery for your application.

I recently went form 600 to 700 pound springs. My front end is heavy bumper, heavy winch, big steel skid, tundra rack, GRP 31 AGM, she's heavy up front.
With the 600s, I had been noticing a little sag upfront to where I had to adjust preload to even it out a little. It got worse after the battery. I have not had a sway bar in years. With the 600s on a fast turn the body roll is enough to frighten passengers that are not ready for it. I like it because it was super loose off road, my shocks are adjustable so you have some room to play, and the sumo springs just soak it up.

With the 700s, I was able to remove almost an inch of preload and maintain the same height. Body roll is similar, just a tad less. I have zero issues with harshness, zero issues with drivability. The only difference I notice drivability wise, is a little less body roll, everything else feels the same. She drives like dream I have zero harshness when I'm driving fast or slow.

It's difficult to only focus on real world spring rate differences in standard applications as there is so much more going on with our vehicles. All of us have different lifts, wheels, tires, bumpers skids, the weights are going to be different. And then you take into account how all of us drive differently. We will all experience different spring rates differently.
