Three, had to use my second guess to narrow down the many possibilities.

 

Seems like I'm just bound to average 4. Some 2s,3s,5s for good measure but always comes back to 4

Good to see everyone else blow it. Ha. 5/6 today. Too many options.

 

I got it in 1 today because of a clue my wife accidentally gave me when she texted our family group her score.

 

so…. you cheated and have been disqualified.

I asked her if she was gloating about her 3 score that she texted to our wordle family group and she said “did you do the wordle already, why did you ask if I was gloating about it?”

So if you call that cheating…

 

I only submitted my first guess and got a lot of yellow. I thought "great! I may be able to get it in 2!". After reading everyone's comments, not so sure. Going to take some time on my second. Gotta make it count.

 

Four was enough to put me back in a tie for first



Four yesterday too, I was way off on that one.

 

Three. Wasn't enough to bump me up a spot. It was tricky. I had a lot of yellow in the first two but no green. Wonder what the odds are of having 4 out of 5 letters correct but not one in the right spot? The third guess was just that - a guess as there were several choices.
