    No, our normal rH% this time of year is between 10 - 15%. We never see anything over about 30% unless it's actually raining. Unless you are right on the coast somewhere. Anywhere inland, and the humidity drops to nothing. Thank God! Humidity kills me. I'll take 100*F with 15% rH over anything with 50+% rH anyday. Of course, I would ideally prefer 40*F and maybe 15% rH any and every day, but I haven't managed to convince my wife to follow me to Alaska yet :D
