Should I be worried… I haven’t received shipping notification yet but I definitely had the powder coat option… I took one of the spots from one of the members here so not sure if that set me back a couple of days.

 

Nah. It’s all good. I’ve check my email & I havent but make sure you check you junk email. Sometimes it can get pushed into that folder. It will be at your crib before you know it

 

Powder coated orders are still at the coater. Expecting them back at the end of the week.

Woohoo came home to a large box on the porch just now, I wasn't expecting it til Monday based on the tracking. I'm pumped!

 

Just an update on the remaining- got them back from Powder coat yesterday afternoon and started prepping boxes so they should be going out on Monday

Unfortunately my bumper arrived Damaged , can you email me or let me know what I can do to resolve this issue. Iv filed a claim with UPS and emailed relentless.

Pretty sure we emailed back around an hour ago, probably right around when you sent this. Please reply back with the email so we can see what we can do. From the image I saw the tab can just be bent back with a crescent wrench before you paint/powder coat.

I was able to bend it to make it work.

One of the passenger side brackets with a nut tack welded does not allow for the stud to thread through, what is the suggestion here? Driver side bracket is good

Were you able to thread it when it was off the truck? If so, maybe try getting that side started first then move to the drivers side. Also helps if you just start the threads and don't torque everything down until both are installed.

 

Nope, even at an angle, the stud won’t even thread into the nut . Looks like the nut may have been tack welded unaligned with drilled hole on the bracket. Doesnt allow the stud to thread with the nut . Driver side is good

 

Will it thread all the way down through when started on top of the nut instead of the bottom? Sometimes they're pretty tight clearance but do fit through.

When I assemble these I tighten each nut down to the bracket with a bolt through it as it would be when installed, then I TIG weld the nut in place, and finally remove the bolt from the bracket. It might just be a little finicky to get it started, but should go through fine.

 

Mines supposed to arrive today. Whoever did my shipping label input the wrong zip code. I’ll let you know if there’s any problems if it doesn’t arrive! Thanks 45

 

I think UPS automatically updated the ZIP.... When I google your address it only comes up at the 'incorrect' ZIP as I see listed on the shipment for all the search results, rather than the similar but different ZIP entered with your order info on our website end of things which does pop up in Google on the map.
Likely it'll deliver just fine. We occasionally notice shippers have slightly different info vs how orders were input and cannot actually enter the info from the customer, or for example a ZIP code may encompass 2 different city names and both would be correct and deliver to the address properly. Should be simple, but can be over complicated.

 

Google has it wrong it online! It happens all the time! No worries!!
