Do 25 down 25 up in less than an hour 2-3 times a week

On chest day start with bench or dumbbell press 3-4 sets
    Then do incline dumbbell press
Then dips 4 sets of 15 or more w wide grip
Then pectoral fly as wide as possible I do 3 sets of 295x10
Then do 3 sets of pushups with a plate on your back

Yeah, my diet could still use a little fine tuning I'm sure... But my metabolism is just fast enough to keep me thin. Not fast enough to keep the love handles away (eff!). The only spot on my body with fat is around my waist. I hate it

Hmm I take pride in my form as well to an extreme level

You may be able to pushhigher weight w improper form but injury will occur and results will be weak. Form is everything!

I'm looking for good lower back excercices because my spine is fucked up in my lower back it's like flat unles I make myself arch my back. "sway back". I'm trying to correct it

I called it lol 5 years in te gym haha. I'm only 20 so I haven't hit my peak but I gauruntee by 25 I'm going to be a monster

The first two are pictures of me when i weighed 185 lbs. notice i had no body fat. i was skinner but i looked better on an athletic scale.

in the 3rd picture i weighed 207 and i am currently 196 as i am cutting. i am trying to maintain 200 with 6% body fat like i mentioned earlier.

the difference in looks is all in body fat.

I will be honest, I think you look better in pic 3. You look too skinny in the others. Strictly opinion, but I like what you've done and it looks like you have been doing some serious work.

Funny this post came up. I have been working out for about 8 years. College football including. I was pretty ripped up (6'3" 235) when i stopped playing. Lost some of it, changed my workout from Bigger, Faster, Stronger to more endurance for a leaner look. Fast forward 3 years and I wasnt seeing results like I used to. Past three weeks I have been on an old work out (basic bigger, faster, stronger) but started cooking meals out of the Cook This, Not That book. All meals are 350 calories per serving. Basically made all the difference in the world. Never realized how much your diet affects as you get older (19 vs 23 yrs old).

It replicates a woodchop. Great for obliques and it's great for explosive power. You obviously don't have an unending supply of wood and an axe in a gym
