    My orange cat Simba was very wild to say the least when we got him. He was abandoned, and very uneasy around humans. If you could hold him for a few minutes before he made mince meat out of you.

    First day we got him. My oldest wanted an orange cat so bad and she was so happy we found one for her.

    Well tonight was the night. He wanted in for some reason. The smallest came in about 10 minutes earlier. I let him walk around and he jumped in my lap and started licking and purring and has been here for over an hour. I think he finally trusts us. Earlier this evening he started trusting our German Shepard and finally realized he won’t hurt him. I’m pretty happy about this.

    This is over two years in the making.

    Our Maine Coon Breezy spent yesterday at the vet getting a biopsy taken of a growth that appeared Sunday around her upper front cacine. Vet said, in his experience and based on our previous Maine Coon, Angel who was from the same Cattery, it's likely cancer. Angel had cancer in the same exact place. Biopsy won't be back for a week and its growing fast. I don't expect this to end well.
