Me too. When my pants are tight after I put my IWB holster on, it's time to lose some weight! lol

I do too which is why i do intermittent fasting. Basically you restrict all you Cal in a certain time period. For me i start out eating at 12 and end at 8pm . 16 hours of fasting in between. I usually eat one super dense meal like 1000-1200 cal which is a lot of food if your not eating straight junk. That keeps me full until dinner when i eat usually a smaller meal like 4-500 cal. Grilled chicken and rice etc.. I usally burn about 2400-2800 cal a day so if i eat close to 1800 i can burn about 1000 cal a day doing this. Yes im a little hungry but it beats trying to fit 3 tiny meals in a day. Plus fasting has a lot of really good benefits. ill send you a good vid later about it.

Nah I went with 37s. Maybe I’ll go to 40’s but a lot of stuff needs upgrading before then. I’ll let the 37s break some stuff first haha

    Like, so many.
Honestly, it's not even that hard. I do IF from time to time and as long as I drink a lot, I never even really get hungry.
