I've been watching a lot of History channel 2012 theories. It got me thinking what kind of things would I need, and where would we go.

DISCLAIMER: This thread is for fun ONLY. :D

Location: I would probably head toward higher ground like the Rockies, since Vegas is supposed to be underwater.

    Tacoma items:
    Snorkel
    Compressor
Front bumper w/ winch only(want to keep the weight down for mpg's)
    3" lift w/ 265/75 for mpg's
Camper shell to sleep out of the elements
    2 spare tires
    Tire repair kit
    CB radio
    Spare gas tanks
    Tool kit

    Survival supplies:
4x Costco 5 gallon emergency food kits (30 day supply each??)
    Rice
    Lots of tuna
    Sleeping Bags
    3 Handguns
    2 Rifles (preferably same caliber)
    Shotgun
    Dog food
    Generator
    Matches
    Multiple knives
    Camping pots pans
    Plenty of water
    Baby wipes

Feel free to copy, paste, add, delete whatever you think is neccessary. Keep it practical for all intensive purposes (ex Armored up humvee:mad:).

don't forget your knife and matches and tool kit to take your truck apart after gas is no longer available. your tires will probably provide plenty of fuel for warmth and cooking after we freeze over.
