I would take the extreme 60 during the day too. For snacks and such. If the Mass XXX has casein in it, its great to take before bed!

I use Jack3d for pre workout(thinking about switching to noexplode) because this stuff isn't working as well as it used to. ANyone else find this out that use Jack3d? Anyways I use this for my post workout, it is new from gnc thought I would try it. What are your thoughts if you use this?

Anyways around september my max bench was around 225, now it is about 250. I think it is weird that I haven't really gained weight but gained muscle. I am very lean, 6 foot, 160lbs. I just thought it was weird my max went up about 25 lbs and I know I am getting stronger but don't see a difference on the scale..

Dang, Yeah I think I may have gained a pound or two. I am in college and can eat whatever I want without gaining wait. Very fast motabilism(sp) which is probably the leading contributing factor.

Stay away from n0 products. They cause dependency.

To gain weight (muscle) increase your weight. Lower your reps. Increase the hold/contraction duration

Eat every two hours. This will keep your body from metabolizing muscle. Take more rest

I gained 22 lbs in a month that way

okay so i have an issue, i work out in school and out (im just getting back into routine now that sr project is over). I cant really deadlift, power clean, or hang clean do to a bad right shoulder. ive been to the doc, all they say is take advil. at school all workin out consists of is hang, power DL bench and squat. last time i hadf to do DL hangs and power cleans i hurt my back because i used it because i cant lift with my shoulder well.

anyway to prevent this, i love my back and dont want it to go out on me and i cant get out of the 3 lifts that hurt me. my shoulder prob is legit and you can feel it grind and pop everytime it moves, i just dont want a bad class grade over something this stupid.

    oh and 5'4"
    120 lbs
    max bench, 155
    max squat 225
    max dead lift 125
    maxpower clean 125
    max hang clean 110

Do not use NoXplode... Unless you want the screaming shits and enjoy the taste of vomit. I don't like it at all.

I haven't taken a preworkout for quite some time now, and I am considering taking one soon. Only time I take Jack3d is when we go out and party . Keeps you wired ALL night...

I need to do some homework on preworkout stuff, but I really haven't run into anyone who says it is absolutely essential and makes great results.
