Some people are into that waxing and polishing .Then never open the hood.

I waxed one time when I was like 20 years old . I learned looks don`t make things run better.

 

We used to have a saying when racing cars, pretty don’t make it go fast.

 

Yeah, kinda put a damper on getting married...but we were eloping anyway...decided we didn't wanna wait 'til Spring for a fancy wedding; she was in Iowa and I was on my first assignment, Pope AFB in Fayetteville, NC. The phone bill was gettin' ridiculous ... she flew out, we went to see the judge in Chester, SC. Guess it worked out ok, 38 yrs this coming Oct 2.

But yeah, every time I see one of them 3 wheelers I think of it.

Working odd shifts is difficult when you have a family!

Someone is always waking you up.

I never cared for over night guests all the strange new noises would wake me up.

Camping in motels for the first week was rough no wonder the new set up is to buy a camper.

In the day my Sub pay would have easily made a camper payment.

 

I haven't waxed a vehicle since I was in my 20's......I'm much older than that now.

 

I probably haven't either and that was many, many years ago for me

 

Nothing wrong with having a bit of pride in your vehicles!

 

Cole and I washed, vacuumed, and cleaned the interior on the Tacoma Sunday afternoon

 

I bought a Ryobi Electric Power washer for use at home since I retired from the FD. Works pretty good and I know it will be taken care of. I already have a foam gun and it works perfectly with this one.

 

Had mine a few years. Works great.
