Geez. I put in one request for more information on a house, and 5 minutes later I've got 2 missed calls and 5 texts


And one of them tells me the house that was just put up, is already under contract. Sigh.

 

Hey, thats how I net my realtor. By pure chance. Ended up with her getting me another house. She knew how to play the game in a tough market and got it done for me.

 

If I see anything else interesting I might text back the one that was upfront about it being under contract.

 

Added some budget-friendly under the counter lighting.

Unfortunately, white balance is way off cause the light is more natural and less orange in person.

 

Hmm, this gives me an idea for all those free HF magnet LED lights

 

I'm down to maybe 5-6 of those now.

Just put new batteries in 2 of them the other day.

How many do you have?

 

Probably a half dozen or so, I'm not even sure where I put them tbh. I know I have a few in the truck for emergencies and probably some more scattered about the storage shed

I completely forgot about the imports.

Hell I've seen the winch controller but have yet to see the winch offered on those imports.
